At Raaz Fragrance, we believe that buying a scent online should be completely risk-free. That’s why we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy, even if you’ve tried the perfume.
Our Easy Return Promise:

You can try the perfume with a few sprays to check the scent.

If you’re not satisfied, return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

The perfume bottle must be at least 95% full and in its original box/packaging.
We Accept Returns When:
✅ You’ve sprayed the perfume slightly but didn’t like it.
✅ You changed your mind after trying it.
✅ You received a wrong item, damaged, or leaked product (we cover shipping in this case).
We Don’t Accept Returns When:
❌ The bottle is more than 5% used.
❌ The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
❌ The return request is made after 15 days of delivery.
